This work was born from a deep reflection on who we are and the often-forgotten power we hold to be co-creators of our own reality.
I wanted to portray a man in a moment of active contemplation—not passive. He’s not waiting for answers: he’s the one creating them.
The gesture of the arm—intentionally reversed compared to a well-known iconography—is no accident.
It no longer represents the spark descending from above to the human being, but rather the moment when the human becomes aware of his creative power and begins to exercise it.
His finger points to a suspended bubble: fragile and transparent, yet infinitely powerful—because it is precisely there that the invisible takes form.
It is the symbol of quantum collapse, of intention transforming the infinite into a tangible moment.
The sky is not just a dramatic backdrop. It is a mirror of thought, of the soul in motion.
I chose to include a spiral—a nod to the golden ratio—to represent the hidden harmony within the universe’s apparent chaos.
The clouds move like waves, like frequencies, like possibilities yet to be defined.
And the moon, an eternal witness, silently watches over the man who is choosing who to become.
In the bottom right corner, there is a detail that holds deep meaning for me: a white lily, symbolizing purity and beauty, placed inside a melting plastic bottle.
It’s a painful contrast, but a necessary one.
I wanted to express the soul’s struggle to survive inside a container that doesn’t belong to it—made of artificial habits, toxic structures, and systems that distance us from our essence.
It’s a silent cry: beauty cannot survive where there is inner plastic.
“I AM” is an affirmation of presence.
It marks the moment we stop looking for answers outside ourselves and start creating them within.
This piece is an invitation to all of us: remember that every thought, every emotion, every choice, is a creative act.
We are the point of origin.
We are the cause.
We are the spark.
I am…
